The FEDORAS Academy is grounded in cutting-edge research and builds on European initiatives like FEDORA, SEAS, and CLIMADEMY. It addresses deep misalignments between today’s educational systems and the urgent challenges of our time, from climate change to digital transformation.

At the heart of the Academy are five Open Schooling Networks across Europe, spaces where teachers, researchers, and communities co-design new approaches to teaching. Through ChangeLabs, mobility, and ongoing collaboration, the Academy becomes a living network of transformation.
